Such personal data are those provided by you, as opposed to being already in the public domain.
So we can deliver an agreed service to you or your employer/client, we need to collect and securely store personal data about you, including your personal details, career history, financial history, criminal record history, referees details and any other information provided for or by you with explicit consent.
Data pursuant to screening activity
In verifying your career history, financial history and undertaking other checks for which we have explicit consent, we act as a contracted agent of your employer or client. Your explicit consent permits us to verify same and to pass the results to your employer or client without the need to ask your further permission to do this.
Your personal data will only be used for the purpose for which you have given explicit consent. Affordable Screening undertakes not to share or sell your personal data for marketing purposes, nor to use it for any purpose other than that for which you have given explicit consent, unless we are required to share the data by a legal authority acting under statute.
When we have provided the agreed service your personal data will be returned to the requesting employer or client.
Data arising from visits to our website
When you visit our website, anonymous data about your visit may be collected by installed analytical packages.
If you should choose to submit data via a website form, you are providing explicit consent for us to contact you and this data will be securely stored by us.
